Coach Pipes graudated form Airline High School in 1983. He then went on to persue his degree at LA Tech University where he graduated in 1990. He has 26 years coaching experience at the following schools: Rusheon Middle School, Haughton High School and Bossier High School. He is currenty the Head Coach for the Girls Soccer Team.

Coach Pipes is married to Colene and has one daughter.
